Macarons have a reputation for being fussy, which is exactly why a morning with a pro chef beside you is such a treat. This three-hour, hands-on class at Easton walks you through the whole process, from piping shells to filling them with cozy fall flavors you will want to show off at your next gathering.
What’s included: You’ll make Caramel Apple Macarons and Chai Spiced Macarons with Toffee Crunch Buttercream. All ingredients and equipment are provided, you get to sample everything, and you leave with the recipes.
Good to know: Ages 14 and up; guests under 18 need a paying adult with them. Students also get 10% off store purchases on class day.
