Firepit Harvest Cooking Class at Franklin Park Conservatory

Cooking over fire is having a moment, and this class shows you how to make it delicious. Chef Treyvon Brack blends German harvest traditions with Latin flavors for a cozy, smoky autumn meal that is perfect for a Monday night out with friends.
What to expect: Fire-cooked dishes built on squash, pumpkin, sausages, mustards, pickles, pears, apples, herbs and charred vegetables. You will pick up techniques like quick pickling, purées, composed salads and pretty platters.
