Give your holiday baking a wild, local twist. Instructor Joey Jaros shows how foraged ingredients, including acorn flour, can turn classic cookies into something memorable. It’s a fun Friday night out for bakers and nature lovers alike, and you leave stocked for the cookie swap.
What’s included: Samples of three cookies, three prepared doughs to bake at home and a step-by-step guide to making your own acorn flour.
