Fresh Pasta Workshop at Sur La Table Easton

A Sunday afternoon spent rolling fresh pasta is about as cozy as fall gets. In this two-hour, hands-on workshop you’ll use KitchenAid pasta tools to turn simple dough into filled and long noodles, with a chef guiding every step.
On the menu: Fresh pasta dough, pumpkin agnolotti with brown butter and sage, homemade linguine with spicy sausage, and a citrus and chicory salad. Ingredients and equipment are provided and you taste everything.
Good to know: Ages 14 and up; under 18 with a paying adult. Recipes go home with you, plus 10% off store purchases on class day.
