Spend a quiet Saturday evening inside a glowing salt cave for a sound bath paired with intuitive messages. Hosted by the mindful art group Living by the Brush, it’s a reflective, gentle experience suited to anyone curious about sound healing or looking for a calm night for themselves.
What to expect: Sound by Ryan Warner of Sound Waves and intuitive readings from Erin Scaia, all inside the salt cave.
Good to know: Bring a pair of clean white socks to wear in the cave. Book through the cave’s online scheduler.
