Meditation Melody and Movement Flow at Pilates Plus

Close out the weekend with two hours of gentle movement, meditation and sound in the Short North. This throat chakra-themed session blends a soothing yoga flow with live singing, then eases into guided meditation and a sound bath, so you walk out of the studio feeling grounded for the week ahead.
What to expect: Darsy Amaya leads the meditation and sound bath, and Marya Cardona leads the yoga flow with live vocals.
