Sound Bath and Meditation at Awakening Light Energy Center
October 24 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Give yourself an hour to fully unplug. This Saturday sound bath in Dublin layers crystal singing bowls, harmonic instruments and live violin tuned to 432 Hz while you settle into a zero-gravity chair or recliner. It’s a peaceful solo reset or a calming outing with a friend.
What to expect: A one-hour guided sound experience with alkaline water provided. Bring a blanket and a water bottle.
Good to know: Doors open at 3:30 p.m. and seating is limited. Tickets are available online in advance or at the door.
Where: Awakening Light Energy Center (Light Room), 6543 Commerce Pkwy, Suite F, Dublin, OH 43017
