These little guys are almost too cute to give away. Spend a December evening with glass artist Kara O’Dea learning to cut, grind and solder sheet glass with the copper foil method, and go home with a pair of mini stained glass penguins for your tree, your window or a lucky friend’s gift bag.
What’s included: All tools and materials, and you keep both penguins along with new skills to keep working in stained glass.
Good to know: Runs 5 to 8pm. $103, or $93 for members. Ages 12 and up, but designed with adults in mind. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required.
