Hosting Thanksgiving this year? Take the stress out of the big day with a hands-on practice run a week ahead. You’ll cook a complete holiday spread with a chef by your side and go home confident about turkey, gravy and every side in between.
On the menu: Roasted squash salad, herb-brined roasted turkey breast, sage gravy, andouille cornbread stuffing, green beans with brown butter and pecans, garlic mashed potatoes, and Canadian butter pie.
Good to know: Water and soft drinks are provided. Small groups each tackle part of the meal with one-on-one chef help. No outside alcohol; wine and craft beer are available to buy.
