The Art of the Croissant Class at Sur La Table Easton

If you have ever stared at a bakery case and wondered how they get all those flaky layers, this Saturday morning pastry class is your answer. Over three relaxed hours you’ll learn the folding and shaping that make croissants work, then fill them with sweet and savory flavors.
What’s included: Make classic croissant dough, maple pecan croissants, and Gruyere and caramelized onion croissants. Ingredients and equipment are provided, you sample everything, and the recipes go home with you.
Good to know: Ages 14 and up; under 18 must be with a paying adult. Class day also gets you 10% off in the store.
