The Mindful Reset Yin Yoga and Sound Bath in New Albany

If your calendar has been running you lately, this Saturday session is a chance to hit pause. The Mindful Reset blends intention-setting journaling with slow, floor-based Yin postures and the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls, all designed to ease stress and invite deep rest. It is a lovely solo treat or a calm, restorative outing with a friend before the holiday rush.
What to expect: Intention-setting journaling, Yin yoga postures on the floor, and crystal singing bowl sound healing.
