On the menu: Classic flatbread dough; chorizo, apple and Manchego flatbread; portobello, Gorgonzola and prosciutto flatbread; braised short rib flatbread; and three crostini varieties.
Good to know: Small groups each tackle part of the meal with one-on-one chef help. No outside alcohol; wine and craft beer are available to buy.
