American Soups Cooking Class at Mitchell Hall

Soup season is in full swing, and this Saturday class takes you on a tour of classic regional American bowls. Chef Douglas J. Weber, CEC, covers preparation, nutrition and storage tips so you can stock your freezer with favorites.
On the menu: New Orleans-style gumbo, Maryland corn and crab chowder, Southwest chicken and black bean soup, and San Francisco cioppino.
