Good knife skills make every recipe faster, safer and honestly more fun. This one-hour Sunday class is a smart investment for anyone who wants to feel more confident in the kitchen, whether you cook every night or are just getting started.
What to expect: A small, hands-on class for up to four guests covering the basics of chopping, slicing, dicing and mincing.
Good to know: Ages 14 and up; guests under 18 must attend with a paying adult. Bring your own knife and it can be sharpened for free.
