Handmade Pasta and Vodka Bolognese Class at Franklin Park Conservatory

There is something so satisfying about making pasta by hand, and this Saturday afternoon class at Franklin Park Conservatory turns it into a relaxed, delicious couple of hours. Chef Rosilind Woodfork walks you through mixing, rolling, and cutting fresh pasta from scratch, then shows you a quick vodka bolognese you will want to make all winter. Bring a friend, your partner, or come solo and meet fellow food lovers.
What’s included: A hands-on fresh pasta lesson, a glass of wine, and a demonstration of a vodka bolognese sauce to pair with your pasta.
Good to know: This is an adult class. Members pay $65 and non-members $70. Registration is required.
