November Community Day at Franklin Park Conservatory

A free day at one of Columbus’s prettiest spots? Yes, please. On the first Sunday of the month, Columbus and Franklin County residents can explore the Conservatory’s gardens, collections and daytime exhibitions at no charge, and November’s theme is a Near East Side Celebration.
What to expect: A West African dance performance by the Thiossane Institute at 1pm in the Garden Pavilion, plus local partners, a STEM activity and crafts in the Veridian from 11am to 2pm.
Good to know: Bring proof of residency; no reservations needed. Evening special engagements like Pumpkins Aglow are not included, and the Conservatory closes at 4pm.
